CAMERA SHAKE!

The camera can now shake to give the player more feedback about the world!

The camera will shake during explosions, collisions, or if your engine temperature gets too high!

More settings!

In the settings menu you can adjust the volume and new camera shake to your hearts content

settings will now save if you go to main menu

Changes:

The former fuel bar has been changed to an engine temperature bar

When the engine is cooler, you have less power. However, don't let it get too hot!

On an unrelated note, the player explosion effect has been sped up as SOME PEOPLE WERE TOO IMPATIENT JAMES!
